Under the direction of Andreas Zehntner, BEE Design was engaged to reinvigorate the Cerrone brand and orchestrate a strategic brand plan to poise the family of fine jewellers for global expansion. A brand strategy was formalised that would deliver: a new flagship store in iconic Martin Place, Sydney, the development of a distinctive brand identity with supporting brand collateral, a brand story and PR communication program, a family of luxury packaging tools, a brand and product advertising campaign, and a brand architecture structure that would shape the future of the brand for the next generation of Cerrone Jewellers.

Andreas Zehntner was responsible for the rebuilding and energising of the ANZ retail landscape with relevant short-term and long-term retail marketing initiatives. During his time as head of Design Tank Zehntner delivered, 2 flagship store designs, 3 department store refurbishments, 5 key account visual merchandising programs and numerous retail tools.

ENRICHING THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE

The Cerrone client experience was mapped and a list of the key brand touchpoints were defined creating the ‘Cerrone’ brand toolbox. Every piece within the portfolio embodies the new brand DNA and is produced with the highest quality materials and finishes. The team mapped a clear vision for the brand re-brand and into the future by visualising all the key brand touchpoints.

 

FLAGSHIP RETAIL ENVIRONMENT
A RETURN TO RETAIL THEATRE AND GRANDEUR

The Cerrone flagship store was envisioned to be a retail environment of contemporary grandeur and luxury. A built design statement that embodied the new Cerrone brand DNA. The interior architecture team at BEE Design worked closely with the brand artisans and strategists to ensure that the brand came to life in the design of the flagship. The result was a store design that is world-class and timeless.

Number 24 Martin Place was designed as the design blue print for all future Cerrone retail store designs.
