Andreas Zehntner and the team at BEE Design worked very closely with award winning Chef Sean Connolly to bring his ambitious vision to life. A strategy embodying the notion of culinary journey.
BEE Design’s scope of work encompassed the interior design, brand strategy, brand identity and a rich illustrative language that was applied across all its touch-points colouring the various dinning journey’s.
A RICH MOSAIC OF EARTHY COLOUR AND ILLUSTRATIVE FLOURISHES
The Sean’s Kitchen brand language was crafted to heighten and enrich the culinary experience of its patrons. The brand language needed to: seduce and entice; denote the different features of the restaurant, and/or menu options; allude to the regional origin’s of the produce; depict a romantic experiential journey; and impart a lasting visual impression leaving the patrons wanting to experience more.
A WORLDLY DESIGN FOR WORLDLY CUSINE
Andreas Zehntner collaborated closely with the interior architects on the creation of the restaurant space to ensure the final brand design proposition was holistic in it’s nature.
The outcome saw Sean’s Kitchen as the culinary heart of the Star City Casino. It was the first completed piece of the new architectural master plan for the casino refurbishment and consisted of 5 different kitchen and eating zones.
